Our core focus is retail construction, where we partner with top national brands to build, expand, and remodel chain stores across the United States. We focus on delivering high-quality spaces on time and on budget.

Position Summary
We need an experienced Senior Project Manager (SPM) to oversee retail construction projects nationwide. While our company maintains regional offices in State College, PA, Jacksonville, FL, and San Francisco, CA, this specific position is based out of our headquarters in Warrendale, PA. You will manage all phases of construction from pre-construction to closeout and act as the primary point of contact for our clients, architects, and subcontractors. You must be available for regular travel from our Warrendale office to project sites across the country.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Leadership: Own the end-to-end execution of multiple concurrent retail construction projects across the U.S.
  • Financial Management: Oversee project budgets, approve invoices, and process change orders. Maximize profitability while managing hard bid targets.
  • Schedule Control: Develop and manage cost-loaded schedules. Ensure timely store openings in alignment with retail brand calendars.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Lead OAC (Owner, Architect, Contractor) meetings. Provide regular progress and financial reports to executive teams.
  • Risk Management: Identify potential delays or design issues early. Implement solutions to keep projects on track.
  • Quality & Safety: Ensure all work complies with brand standards, local building codes, and strict OSHA safety regulations.
