The Opportunity

ACE Glass Construction Corporation is seeking an experienced Commercial Glazing Project Manager to manage complex commercial projects throughout Northwest Arkansas.


This role owns project execution from turnover through closeout and serves as the primary connection between customers, field teams, vendors, fabrication, and internal operations.


The ideal candidate is a strong construction project manager who can manage multiple projects, protect margins, maintain schedules, and communicate effectively with general contractors and internal teams.


Direct glazing experience is preferred, but ACE Glass is open to strong project managers from adjacent commercial construction sectors who have the ability and willingness to learn the glazing side of the business.


Key Responsibilities

  • Take ownership of projects following award and turnover from estimating.
  • Review contracts, scopes, inclusions, exclusions, budgets, and project requirements.
  • Develop project schedules covering submittals, drafting, procurement, fabrication, and installation.
  • Manage material procurement and coordinate vendor deliveries.
  • Work with internal fabrication and field teams to maintain project momentum.
  • Manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project documentation.
  • Track labor productivity, costs, budgets, and monthly billing.
  • Protect gross margins by identifying issues early and controlling scope changes.
  • Coordinate with superintendents, foremen, and subcontractors to maintain field schedules.
  • Serve as the primary contact for general contractors, architects, owners, and project stakeholders.
  • Conduct periodic jobsite visits throughout Northwest Arkansas.
  • Manage project closeout, punch lists, retainage, and warranty documentation.
  • Handle multiple active projects while keeping priorities organized and communication consistent.


Project Environment

Project Managers may oversee:

  • Multiple concurrent commercial projects
  • Approximately 1M - 15M in total active project volume
  • Individual projects commonly in the 1M - 3M range, with larger projects as assigned
  • Projects throughout the Fayetteville, Rogers, Bentonville, and surrounding Northwest Arkansas market


The role is primarily office-based, with periodic visits to local jobsites.


Required Qualifications

  • 3+ years of commercial construction project management experience.
  • Proven ability to manage project budgets, schedules, change orders, and financial performance.
  • Strong ability to read architectural plans, shop drawings, specifications, and construction contracts.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and competing deadlines.
  • Experience coordinating field operations, vendors, subcontractors, or internal production teams.
  • Proficiency with construction project management and documentation tools.
  • Valid driver’s license and ability to visit local jobsites as needed.


Preferred Qualifications

  • Commercial glazing, curtainwall, storefront, glass, doors, hardware, or building-envelope experience.
  • Experience with Procore, Plexxis, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Excel.
  • Background in adjacent commercial construction sectors such as:

  • Existing relationships with general contractors or architectural teams in Northwest Arkansas.
