Solar General Laborer

Moss, the #1 Solar EPC Contractor of 2025, is hiring Solar General Laborers to support our growing solar project in Guthrie Texas. If you're hardworking, dependable, and interested in learning a trade in the solar industry, we'd love to hear from you.

Starting Pay: $20/hour

A Typical Day

  • Working outdoors with a construction crew

  • Assisting with site preparation and material handling

  • Learning how solar projects are built

  • Using basic tools and equipment

  • Keeping the job site clean, organized, and safe

What We're Looking For

  • Strong work ethic and positive attitude
