Solar General Laborer - Solar Projects

Moss Solar, the #1 Solar EPC Contractor of 2025, is hiringSolar General Laborersto support our growing solar projects. Ifyou'rea hardworking team player who can handle physical labor in various weather conditions, apply today!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform general labor duties on solar project sites, including material handling, site preparation, and cleanup.

  • Assistwith the installation and assembly of solar components as directed.

  • Operate basic hand and power tools safely.

  • Maintain a clean and organized worksite while following all safety protocols.

  • Work closely with site leadership and crew members to ensure efficient operations.

Requirements:

  • Ability tolift upto 50lbsregularly.

  • Must be able to stand, walk, bend, and kneel for8+hrsa day.

  • Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions(extreme cold or heat).

  • Strong work ethic, reliability, and commitment to safety.

  • Pre-employment drug test required.

  • Other duties as assigned.

Pay:

Starting at $20/hr, based on experience
