Locations: Stockton (Main Office), Sacramento, East Bay, and surrounding areas

Whether you're just starting out as an Apprentice, a seasoned Journeyman, a proven Foreman, or an Operator/Plumber who's comfortable behind the wheel of heavy equipment, we have a spot for you.


WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR:

We're hiring across all experience levels for commercial plumbing work throughout Stockton, Sacramento, the East Bay, and surrounding areas:

  • Apprentice Plumbers – eager to learn the trade and grow into a licensed journeyman
  • Journeyman Plumbers – licensed and ready to run the work on commercial/industrial jobs -
  • Foremen – experienced leaders who can supervise crews and keep projects on track
  • Operators/Plumbers – comfortable operating heavy equipment (backhoe, skid steer) in addition to plumbing duties

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Safely and skillfully assemble, install, and repair plumbing components, subsystems, and systems on commercial and industrial construction, finish-out, and remodel projects
  • Operate heavy equipment such as backhoes and skid steers when needed (Operator/Plumber roles)
  • Read and interpret job specifications, contract documents, schedules, and drawings
  • Work as part of a crew alongside journeymen, mechanics, and apprentices — and for Foremen, provide daily guidance, training, and direction
  • Help ensure every project hits its safety, budget, quality, and schedule targets
  • Build strong working relationships with the field team, general contractors, owners, and vendors

QUALIFICATIONS

  • All experience levels welcome — from Apprentices to licensed Journeymen and Foremen
  • For Operator/Plumber roles: experience operating heavy equipment (backhoe, skid steer)
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and to push, pull, carry, or maneuver heavier items with appropriate help or equipment
  • Comfortable carrying ladders, working from heights, and working in small crawl spaces
  • Good analytical skills and attention to detail; ability to read blueprints, plans, and manuals
  • Willingness to comply with all industry and safety regulations
  • Valid driver's license and a clean driving record
