Wired Right Electric is looking for a California Certified Journeyman Electrician who takes pride in quality workmanship, enjoys solving problems, and wants to grow with a company that values its employees.

We perform a wide variety of electrical work, so no two days are the same. Approximately 60% of our work is residential and 40% is commercial, with projects ranging from service work and panel upgrades to tenant improvements and occasional light industrial projects.

We're looking for a well-rounded electrician who is comfortable working independently, leading by example, and helping train apprentices while maintaining a positive team-first attitude.


What You'll Be Doing

  • Residential service work and troubleshooting
  • Main service and panel upgrades
  • EV charger installations
  • Lighting upgrades and retrofit projects
  • Lighting control systems
  • Commercial tenant improvements
  • Light industrial electrical installations
  • Conduit bending (EMT, rigid, etc.)
  • Wire pulling and feeder installations
  • Motor and equipment connections
  • Reading plans and troubleshooting electrical systems
  • Maintaining clean, organized job sites
  • Working directly with customers while representing the company professionally
  • Teaching and mentoring apprentices and newer electricians


Qualifications

  • Current California General Electrician Certification (Required)
  • Valid California Driver's License
  • Clean driving record
  • Strong troubleshooting skills
  • Ability to bend conduit efficiently
  • Experience with residential and commercial electrical systems
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Positive attitude and willingness to help teammates
  • Ability to safely lift 50+ pounds and work from ladders and lifts
  • Reliable transportation to and from work
