Job description:

Field Foreman / Lead Electrician

Nova Electrical Solutions LLC is a growing electrical contractor serving the DFW area. We are currently seeking a Field Foreman / Lead Electrician to join our team and help support our continued growth.

This is a working foreman position, meaning the selected candidate will be expected to actively perform electrical work in the field while also leading electricians and apprentices on job sites.

Responsibilities

  • Read and interpret electrical blueprints, specifications, and project documents
  • Apply NEC code knowledge to daily electrical installations
  • Lead electricians and apprentices on active job sites
  • Coordinate daily tasks, manpower, materials, tools, and equipment
  • Communicate professionally with customers, general contractors, inspectors, vendors, and team members
  • Track job progress and assist with project coordination
  • Maintain a safe, clean, and organized job site
  • Train and support less experienced electricians

Qualifications

  • Electrical field experience required
  • Foreman or Lead Electrician experience preferred
  • Strong understanding of NEC code
  • Ability to read blueprints and specifications
  • Strong leadership, communication, and planning skills
  • Reliable, professional, and able to work independently
  • Valid driver’s license preferred
  • TDLR Journeyman license
