Maintenance Technician - Arbour Commons Apartments

Arbour Commons Apartments is seeking a skilled and reliable Maintenance Technician to join our onsite team in Westminster, Colorado. We are looking for a team member who takes pride in their work, responds with urgency, and helps maintain a high-quality living experience for our residents.

Responsibilities:
  • Complete daily service requests in a timely and professional manner
  • Assist with apartment turns including painting, drywall, appliance repair, and general maintenance
  • Perform preventative maintenance on building systems and common areas
  • Troubleshoot and repair plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and appliance issues
  • Maintain curb appeal and property grounds
  • Participate in the rotating on-call schedule for after-hours emergencies
  • Support property inspections and ensure company standards are met
  • Use maintenance software to document work orders and completed tasks on smart phone daily
Qualifications:
  • 2+ years of apartment maintenance or related maintenance experience preferred
  • Knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliance repair, and general carpentry
  • Must have strong knowledge of iphone/android apps as it relates to completing work orders/turns
  • EPA Certification preferred (or willingness to obtain)
  • Strong troubleshooting skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Must be able to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical labor daily
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required
