At Aggressive Power Systems, our goal is to be the first choice for Generac generator installations, maintenance, and repairs. The demand for Generators has grown rapidly over the past two years and we are looking to expand our team by adding a Generator Installer who will always put the customer first. After all, we believe that our employees are our greatest asset and give us a competitive edge due to the excellent service they provide.

We are looking for a Generator Installer to join our team to be responsible for installing automatic backup generators.

What You'll Do:

  • Install Generac residential and commercial standby generator systems.
  • Connect generator units to electrical and fuel systems according to specifications.
  • Collaborate with service technicians and project management teams to ensure efficient project completion.
  • Perform installations that meet all safety standards, manufacturer requirements, and local codes.
  • Safely transport tools, equipment, and materials using company-provided vehicles.
  • Educate customers on generator operation, maintenance, and basic troubleshooting.
  • Accurately document installation activities, project updates, and completion details.
  • Maintain an organized, clean, and professional job site at all times.

 

What You'll Bring:

  • Experience in electrical, mechanical, construction, or related trades preferred.
  • Working knowledge of power tools, hand tools, and electrical components.
  • Ability to safely lift, move, and position heavy equipment.
  • Strong attention to detail with a commitment to quality workmanship.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
  • Positive attitude and ability to collaborate effectively with team members and customers.
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record preferred.
