These roles may involve network engineering, VoIP solutions, software development, or technical support for communication platforms. Employees in these jobs often work with session border controllers (SBCs), cloud communications, and networking technologies. Positions can range from technical support to engineering and sales, depending on the organization's needs.

What are the key skills and qualifications needed to thrive in the Genband position, and why are they important?

Experience with Genband hardware/software platforms (like G9 or C3 switches) and certifications such as CompTIA Network+ or vendor-specific credentials are highly valued. Excellent troubleshooting abilities, teamwork, and effective communication with both technical and non-technical stakeholders will help you stand out.
