The role

This pillar owns the demand side โ€” partner channels and digital demand gen. You'll lead a Channel PMM and two Demand Gen managers, and you're accountable for the numbers: CAC, ROAS, pipeline contribution. The IVP framework only matters if it drives acquisition. Your job is to make sure it does, across every channel we operate in.

  • Team leadership โ€” Manage and develop a Channel PMM and two Demand Gen managers. Translate IVP messaging into channel-native execution.
  • Performance ownership โ€” Own CAC and ROAS targets across the pillar. Report progress in business reviews with confidence and clarity.
  • Partner enablement โ€” Ensure partner channels have the tools, messaging, and incentives to sell the integrated value prop effectively.

What we're looking for

  • Growth marketing background โ€” Deep in performance and/or partner channels. Knows what levers actually move CAC at scale.
  • Commercial fluency โ€” Speaks in ROAS, LTV, payback period. Owns the number, doesn't borrow it.
  • Team builder โ€” Has hired and developed channel and demand gen talent. Raises the floor, not just the ceiling.
  • Multi-brand experience โ€” Managed channel strategy across multiple products or brands simultaneously. Knows how to prioritize.
