As a Marketing Account Specialist, you will serve as a trusted advisor to pizzeria operators, partnering with them to develop and execute customized marketing strategies that drive business growth and achieve their goals. In this highly collaborative role, you'll manage customer relationships, identify new business opportunities, oversee marketing campaign execution, and provide consultative support throughout the customer journey.
Combining account management, marketing execution, and inside sales, you'll work closely with operators, sales teams, designers, and vendors to deliver exceptional customer experiences and measurable results. What you need to be considered for the role:
  • 4 Year / Bachelors Degree in Marketing, Business, or related field required. An equivalent level of experience and education may be considered.
  • Minimum of three (3) years of Business to Business sales experience required.
  • Prior experience in sales planning, sales training, and marketing program development/execution is a plus
  • Developing customer marketing plans experience required
  • Customer service experience required.
  • Ability to work directly with the Independent operator to understand his/her needs and provide products/services that fits their needs
  • Ability to think critically, communicate clearly and effectively
  • Ability to multi-task while providing high-quality support to all customers & internal resources
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office products
  • Database experience a plus
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work closely with others & also independently
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Experience with customer management system a plus

Preferred
  • Printing industry knowledge preferred.
  • Digital marketing knowledge preferred
  • Prior experience in the restaurant industry preferred.
  • Working with project management tools & project management experience preferred
