We are seeking an Associate with the desire or experience in Insurance Defense practice.
High-level Overview
Who You Are:

  • You are already good and want to become great at what you do - litigate
  • You have in-house counsel experience at an insurer (Geico, Liberty, etc.) seeking private practice opportunities OR
  • You have general litigation experience but a strong desire to practice insurance defense OR
  • You are experienced in insurance defense, bodily injury, product liability, and premises liability seeking more practice experience
What You Bring:
  • 1-4 stable years of general litigation/defense experience - insurance defense a plus
  • Self-starter to proactively manage a litigation caseload, helping oversee cases from inception to close
  • Comfortable drafting and responding to discovery and initial pleadings, drafting, and arguing motions, as well as conducting and defending depositions
  • Strong writing and analytical skills to manage multiple priorities and caseloads
  • Juris Doctorate (J.D.) and Admission and good standing with the State of GA Bar
