Job description

MR Region Modality Leader

As the MR Region Modality Leader, you will own and drive the sales and revenue strategy for the GEHC MR product line in the greater Arizona market. This includes the states of Arizona, Northern New Mexico and Southern Nevada. GE HealthCare is a leading global medical technology and digital solutions innovator. Responsibilities
  • Deliver on quarterly & annual orders and revenue sales targets; maximize profit margin on equipment sales
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with healthcare stakeholders within hospital, physician practice and imaging center account service lines to identify qualified leads, grow market share, increase revenue, and reduce customer attrition
  • Assist with leading cross-functional commercial teams to orchestrate deals and long-term plans that align with a mutually beneficial strategy that contributes to increased market share, revenue, and profitability
  • Leverage diagnostic imaging and MR product knowledge to drive funnel growth for the region
  • Demonstrate expertise in customers' installed base and develop sales proposals that map with their annual budget process
  • Lead and collaborate within the account community team to support co-developed negotiation strategies
  • Reduce cycle time by leveraging Salesforce.com (CRM tool) to track customer and account activity, map visibility, drive market share, and prioritize sales funnel
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 5+ years of experience in any combination of medical sales, healthcare marketing, clinical/technical MR expertise, clinical technology leadership in MR or hospital administration in imaging
  • 2+ years of diagnostic imaging or MR domain knowledge
  • Must live in the territory and be willing to regularly travel within the defined geography - AZ (Phx Preferred), Northern New Mexico, Southern Nevada
Desired Qualifications
  • Demonstrated history of meeting or exceeding sales quotas
  • Demonstrated strong internal and external communication skills. Must be able to present complex information concisely and compellingly in both verbally and written form
  • Demonstrated history of leading within cross functional sales team to achieve client needs and sales quotas
