Roles & Responsibilities
  • Perform high-quality CT and XR imaging studies, capturing 5-10 CT and 10-20 XR scans daily to aid accurate diagnoses
  • Operate state-of-the-art GE Xray and Toshiba CT equipment with precision and care
  • Collaborate with the radiology team including Manager Jamie Bealer and Lead CT Tech Melissa Pederson
  • Ensure patient safety and comfort throughout procedures in a one-scanner department
  • Utilize McKesson PACS and Meditech EMR to streamline workflows and documentation
Qualifications
  • ARRT certification in Radiography and Computed Tomography (RT(R)(CT)) required
  • Oregon Medical Imaging license essential
  • BLS certification needed
  • Experience in CT and XR imaging to hit the ground running
Education
  • Completion of an accredited radiologic technology program
Knowledge & Skills
  • Expertise in computed tomography and radiography techniques
  • Familiarity with GE Xray and Toshiba CT systems
  • Proficiency in McKesson PACS and Meditech EMR
  • Strong patient-centered approach with attention to detail
