Credentialing: Must already hold an active Indiana license for June 23 start
Licensure: Indiana license required
Board Status: Board Certified or Board Eligible (must certify within 5 years of residency)
Certifications: AHA-issued BLS required
Vaccination Requirements: COVID and Flu vaccines required (or valid exemption)
