Position: Nuc Med/PET CT Technologist
Shift Details
  • Type: Day 4x10-Hour Shifts
  • Schedule: 07:30 AM - 05:00 PM
Job Description
We are seeking a qualified Nuc Med/PET CT Technologist with a minimum of 1 year of PET CT experience. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing nuclear medicine and PET CT imaging procedures in a clinical environment.
Qualifications
  • Certification in CNMT or ARRT required.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
  • Experience with various imaging equipment including GE, Hitachi, Philips, Siemens, and Toshiba.
  • Experience with HIDA scans, 3-phase studies, and various uptake scans.
  • Knowledge of radiation safety, including storage, handling, and disposal of radioactive materials.
  • Ability to start and maintain intravenous (IV) access.
Patient Care Details
  • Age Groups: Adolescents, Adults, and Geriatrics
  • Daily patient census: Approximately 10 visits per day

Interdisciplinary Support
Support is provided by various departments including Respiratory Services, Radiology, Pharmacy, and Rapid Response Teams.
