Job Description SummaryThe Senior Finance Manager, Electric Avenue Manufacturing Operations, will serve as the key finance leader for the Electric Avenue manufacturing site in West Milwaukee, Wisconsin. This role is responsible for driving financial performance, operational excellence, and strategic decision-making across the site. Partnering closely with plant leadership, the Senior Finance Manager will provide actionable insights, lead financial planning and analysis processes, and support key business objectives related to cost, cash, quality, fulfillment, and productivity. This position plays a critical role in enabling both short- and long-term growth initiatives while fostering a culture of continuous improvement.Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Plant Financial Leadership: Serve as the finance leader for the Electric Avenue manufacturing site, providing financial oversight and strategic guidance to plant leadership. Manage site financial performance, including P&L, inventory, capital expenditures, and productivity initiatives.
  • Operational Finance Partnership: Partner with operations leaders to drive productivity, cost reduction, and cash improvement initiatives. Provide financial analysis and decision support for key operational and strategic initiatives.
  • Forecasting, Reporting & Budgeting: Lead monthly pacing, forecasting, and closing cycles. Deliver financial insights and performance updates to support decision-making and achievement of business objectives. Support annual standard cost setting and budgeting activities.
  • Continuous Improvement: Drive simplification, standardization, and automation of financial processes. Leverage digital tools and analytics (i.e. Power BI) to improve reporting, visibility, and decision-making.
  • Global MICTX Support: Support key global MICT financial processes and operational improvement initiatives. Lead inventory and sourcing/PPV reporting, identifying opportunities to improve financial and operational performance across manufacturing sites.
  • People Leadership: Coach and develop finance talent, including serving as the assignment leader for the Financial Management Program (FMP). Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous learning.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field from an accredited college or university.
  • Minimum of 8 years of progressive financial experience, preferably including supply chain finance.
  • Demonstrated experience partnering with operational leaders to drive business performance and financial results.

Desired Characteristics

  • Strong ability to link financial results to operational performance drivers and identify opportunities to improve business outcomes.
  • Proven experience leading cross-functional projects and process improvement initiatives within finance and operations.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to simplify complex issues and implement effective solutions.
  • Strong proficiency in financial systems and tools, including ERP systems (Oracle preferred), Hyperion, Power BI, and Microsoft Excel.
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders across multiple levels and functions.
  • Experience working in a matrixed, global, and cross-functional environment.
  • Demonstrated leadership experience, including direct or indirect people leadership, coaching, talent development.
  • Commitment to continuous improvement, innovation, and operational excellence.
