Mastech Digital provides digital and mainstream technology staff as well as Digital Transformation Services for all American Corporations. We are currently seeking a Modeling Consultant for our client in the Consulting domain. We value our professionals, providing comprehensive benefits and the opportunity for growth. Primary Skills: Engineering

Role Description: The Modeling Consultant must have 2-5+ years of experience.

Responsibilities and Experience:

- Perform modeling and display building tasks for Transmission Energy Management Systems (TMS).

- Perform Habitat and database modeling.

- Capable of performing modeling and display building tasks for TMS/DMS.

- Experience and skills in Alstom Grid/GE Habitat and database modeling environment/GE e-terraSource.

- Experience and skills in Alstom Grid/GE Display Builder/ GE Substation Editor.

- Ability to interpret Engineering Drawings.

- Experience and skills in support/troubleshooting real time network applications such as State Estimator, Contingency Analysis.

- Experience and skills in support/troubleshooting study network applications such as Load flow, Contingency Analysis.

- Computer/programming/scripting familiarity – nice to have.

- Basic electrical system knowledge (EE – nice to have).

Education: Bachelor’s degree in computer science or any IT related field.

Experience: Minimum 2-5+ years of experience

Relocation: This position will not cover relocation expenses

Travel: No

Local Preferred: Yes

Note: Must be able to work on a W2 basis (No C2C)
