Job description

Well-established exterior building products manufacturer is seeking a Sales Manager to lead a team throughout the Washington, DC, and Northern VA territory. This person will manage B2B field sales reps who call on GCs, subcontractors, remodelers, architects, and other building trade professionals. Qualified candidates will have a minimum of 3+ years of direct sales management and be currently leading an outside sales team in the COMMERCIAL windows, doors, siding or related industry products calling on remodelers, GCs, or other trade professionals. PLEASE NOTE: Those coming from residential or in-home sales (selling to homeowners) will not be considered for this position. Must reside within the DC metro or Northern VA market and have a stable work history with a current track record of meeting or exceeding quota. The right person for this role is highly driven, tenacious, smart, strategic, technologically astute (maximizes sales tools) and an incredible motivator!!! Salary of $100K - $125K + commission with first year target income of $175K - $185K plus car allowance, full benefits, and an amazing team to work with!
