This role will focus on driving program delivery, governance, and cross-program integration across three primary workstreams: Data Delivery, AI/ML Insights, and Cross Workstream.

The ideal candidate will have strong experience managing enterprise-scale programs involving GCP cloud technologies, AI/ML initiatives, and Tech Ops in complex operational environments. They must possess strong expertise in cross-functional stakeholder management up to the C-suite level, RAID management, budget tracking/AOP, and agile delivery methodologies.

Responsibilities
  • Lead end-to-end program execution across multiple technical and business workstreams.
  • Drive governance, planning, prioritization, risk management, and stakeholder communication for enterprise modernization initiatives.
  • Lead complex, large-scale technology programs from conception to completion within the retail domain
  • Drive a large-scale Google Cloud Platform (GCP) modernization program spanning three primary workstreams: Data Delivery, AI/ML Insights, and Cross Workstream
  • Work closely with internal workstream leads, technology partners, and executive stakeholders to drive program delivery, governance, and cross-program integration
  • Manage cross-functional programs involving multiple workstreams and external vendor partners
  • Oversee infrastructure operations, platform provisioning, and IT operations delivery
  • Execute budget tracking and AOP/financial management in a program context, including project forecasting and resource actualization
  • Implement program governance frameworks, handle RAID management, and deliver executive reporting
  • Drive agile delivery across multiple teams, acting as a strong advocate with hands-on experience in agile principles
  • 7+ years of experience in Technical Program Management leading complex, large-scale technology programs
  • Demonstrated experience supporting GCP-based modernization programs including data, AI/ML, or infrastructure workstreams
  • Strong Tech Ops experience — familiarity with infrastructure operations, platform provisioning, and IT operations delivery.
  • Experience managing cross-functional programs with multiple workstreams and external vendor partners.
  • Expertise in RAID management, program governance frameworks, and executive reporting.
  • Strong Tech Ops experience with a deep understanding of infrastructure operations
  • Experience with budget tracking and AOP/financial management in a program context, including project forecasting and resource actualization.
  • Proven track record of delivering large-scale projects with exceptional leadership across cross-functional teams
  • Strong advocate for agile principles with hands-on experience driving agile delivery across multiple teams.
  • Strong facilitation and stakeholder management skills up to the C-suite level
  • Proficiency in program management tools: Jira, Confluence, Smartsheet, or equivalent
  • Proficiency in AI Tools: Claude or equivalent
  • Experience in the Retail domain is preferred/required
  • Bachelor's in Business Management or equivalent work experience.
  • Must be located in or willing to relocate to Dallas,TX
