Echo IT Solutions is seeking a Product Manager to lead the development of a digital product aimed at transforming payment processing. The role involves requirement elicitation, product roadmap management, and collaboration with technology teams to ensure seamless integration of payment systems.

โ€ข Pre-workshop research, analysis, and topic study.
โ€ข Structured Q&A planning.
โ€ข Analysis Skills:
โ€ข Natural interest in analysis and problem-solving.
โ€ข Extracting Functional Details:
โ€ข Collaborate with stakeholders to develop product vision and business outcomes.
โ€ข Work with end users/SMEs to translate needs into product requirements (payments, settlements, reconciliation).
โ€ข Define and prioritize the product roadmap aligning with the overall vision.
โ€ข Articulate product requirements using business flow diagrams, mind maps, wireframes, and user stories.
โ€ข Documentation Skills:
โ€ข Convert product roadmap into well-defined requirements (epics, features, user stories, acceptance criteria).
โ€ข Prepare business process flowcharts using MIRO, draw.io, Visio, etc.
โ€ข Use product management tools like JIRA, Azure DevOps, AHA.

Qualifications:
Required:

โ€ข Analyze payment workflows, identify optimization opportunities, and ensure seamless integration of payment systems.

โ€ข Strong articulation skills (written & verbal) with analytical and problem-solving abilities.
โ€ข Excellent communicationโ€”ability to negotiate and finalize product requirements with stakeholders using visual tools.
โ€ข Hands-on expertise in creating deliverables (business process flows, requirement specifications, user stories, product backlog).
โ€ข Experience working with UI/UX/Visual design teams for product interface development.
โ€ข Collaboration with Proxy Product Owners offshore for requirement grooming, sprint planning, and product engineering support.
โ€ข Technical exposure to modern web/mobile application development and understanding of data structures.
โ€ข Strong understanding of payment gateways, merchant acquiring, and card networks (Visa, Client, etc.).
โ€ข Familiarity with digital wallets, real-time payments, and cross-border transactions.
โ€ข Experience with payment platforms (Stripe, PayPal, Adyen, etc.).
โ€ข Proficiency in SQL, data analysis, and reporting tools.
โ€ข Strong analytical and stakeholder management skills.
โ€ข Knowledge of Agile methodologies and experience in Agile environments.
โ€ข Experience with API-based payment integrations.
โ€ข Strong communication, presentation, and leadership skills.
โ€ข Attention to detail.
โ€ข Understanding of technologies used in the product.
โ€ข Experience with tools like MIRO, Figma, Aha, JIRA, Azure DevOps.
Preferred:
โ€ข Certifications in business analysis (CBAP, CCBA) or payments (NACHA, SWIFT) are a plus.
โ€ข Exposure to AI-driven fraud detection and risk management in payments.
