Who we're looking for
  • Industry-experienced - 5+ years in trucking and logistics required, Recruitment experience a plus, but not required
  • Results-driven - motivated by earnings and long-term growth
  • Resourceful - able to identify competitive advantages and pain points
  • Tech-savvy - comfortable learning and mastering new software platforms
  • Professional Requirements
    • GED required; college degree referred
    • Full-time availability, 100% in-office
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suit

What you'll do
  • Learn the organization's software, including:
    • Company TMS system
    • CRM platform
    • Lead generation software
    • Other industry-specific tools
  • Build and manage CRM for cold calls and ongoing follow-ups
  • Extend outreach and prospect via LinkedIn and other platforms
  • Log top prospects in Excel and/or Prospecting tools, including pain points and projected close timelines
  • Assist with the agent onboarding process
  • Research competitor compensation and offerings to maintain a competitive edge
  • This position will work directly with, VP of Agent Operations, to identify sales advantages and drive company growth

Where: This position reports on-site at 95 Glendale Milford Rd, Cincinnati, OH 45215
When: Monday-Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm.
