Job description

Summary
What If Your Ambition Actually Had Somewhere to Go?
Imagine this: you stop chasing leads solo, stop guessing your way through transactions, and start working inside a plan that's already proven, with a team that's as invested in your success as you are.
That's what you get with The Ferraro Real Estate Team.
Here's what it means for you:
Less busywork, more growth - the systems are already built, so your energy goes where it actually counts
Coaching that fits you - not a generic script, but guidance built around where you are and where you're headed
Momentum, not micromanagement - accountability that keeps you moving without anyone hovering
A real path up - more production, a bigger network, a career you're proud to talk about
A team that shares - no gatekeeping, no going it alone
And it doesn't stop at the transaction. You'll also have access to:
Revenue sharing
Health insurance access
Profit sharing and performance-based rewards
Vesting and long-term wealth-building opportunities
I've been doing this since 1999, and I started this team because I watched too many talented agents wear themselves out trying to do it all alone. You bring the drive....I'll bring everything else you need to turn it into results.
If you're ready to see what your business could look like with real support behind it, let's talk.
Apply now - let's build something worth having.
