Job Responsibilities:

Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:

  • Documenting entry and exit times of contractors.
  • Assigning and retrieving contractor’s badges and parking passes as they enter and exit the park.
  • Monitoring cameras.
  • Conducting foot patrols of the entire park and perimeter during all types of weather and performing all security-related tasks during these patrols.
  • Ensuring all gates and doors are locked and lights are turned off.
  • Enforcing all park policies and procedures.
  • Following grooming and personal hygiene requirements. A neat, clean, professional appearance is required.
  • Responding to minor and major incidents in a calm and professional manner.
  • Interacting with park guests, contractors, and hosts in an appropriate guest relations manner.
  • Writing clear, concise, and legible documentation.
  • Directing traffic during emergency and non-emergency situations.
  • Communicating via two-way radio system in a professional manner.
  • Other duties as assigned by management.
