Job description


PT Gate Attendant - $19.00/hr

Per Mar Security is looking for qualified candidates for gate Security Officers in a home improvement store setting. 

The best candidates will be comfortable working independently.  You are detail-oriented and will have basic technology skills, including the ability to operate a tablet.

  • Attend the gate and provide access control for customers coming in and out of the back lot of the facility
  • Check the accuracy of orders picked up as customers leave the facility
  • Thoroughly examine vehicles as they enter the premises and make note of existing items within vehicles
  •  Monitor premises to prevent theft, violence, or infractions of rules
  • At the end of the shift, walk the yard and report any suspicious activities or criminal acts
  • Address persons engaging in suspicious or criminal acts
  • Request emergency personnel for high-risk situations

What youโ€™ll need:

-  High School Diploma or GED.
