Staffworks Group has an immediate opening for Security Fencing Project Manager / Estimator in Attleboro, MA and surrounding areas. This is a permanent, full-time position offering $65,000-$75,000 per year, depending on experience.

This role is ideal for professionals with fence industry experience, gate automation knowledge, construction estimating skills, or project management experience. The position involves working closely with clients, managing project details, preparing estimates, and supporting installation teams to ensure successful project completion.

Key Responsibilities
  • Attend onsite project meetings to evaluate project scope, site conditions, and customer needs
  • Provide fence installation and access control system solutions, including gate operators and automated gate systems
  • Prepare detailed cost estimates including materials, labor, and project timelines
  • Present fence and gate installation estimates to clients and answer project-related questions
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships while delivering excellent customer service
  • Collaborate with installation crews, project teams, and office staff to ensure projects are completed according to contract specifications
  • Assist crews when necessary to ensure timely project completion and customer satisfaction
  • Resolve customer concerns professionally to maintain long-term customer loyalty
