Job description

Install, maintain, and repair all gate and access systems

- Use of UL325 and ASTM F2200 Safety Standards

- Configure and program access control systems

- Work with Automated Gate Systems such as Maximum

Controls, Door King, Liftmaster, HySecurity, Chamberlin, Customline & other Slide and

Swing Gate Operators

- Work with EDI and Liftmaster Loop Detection Systems

- Work with “contact” Miller Edge Sensors or the like

- Work with “non-contact sensors” thru-beam photo eyes and

reflective photo eyes (Omron,IRB RET, Secolarm etc.) or the like

- Perform saw cutting inductive loops

- Perform installation of Fire Department KNOX switches

- Work with establishing gate operator foundations / footings, and

in-ground installation of concrete footings for card reader / keypad stanchions

- Lay conduit and run wire

- Test and troubleshoot systems to ensure proper functionality

- Provide exceptional customer service and support

- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards

- Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently

- Maintain accurate records of installations and services performed

- Read and interpret technical diagrams, blueprints and manuals

- Maintain excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting at all times
