  • Verify records on incoming shipments
  • Log shipments into computer
  • Document preparation
  • Trouble shoot and correct problems
  • Record shipment data
  • Compare shipment contents to manifest, invoice, or order forms
  • Report any discrepancies to accounting

  • Record tractor, trailer, and seal numbers
