???? What You'll Do

As a Maintenance Supervisor, you'll lead a team responsible for keeping our apartment communities safe, beautiful, and running efficiently. From coordinating work orders to solving maintenance challenges, you’ll be the go-to expert who keeps everything moving.

You'll oversee repairs, guide technicians, and ensure our residents experience the high standard of service Gaslight is known for.

⭐ Qualifications

We’re looking for someone who brings both technical skill and leadership ability.

• Minimum 2 years leadership experience leading a team of 3–5 individuals
5+ years experience in general repair and maintenance
• Hands-on experience in:

  • Plumbing

  • HVAC

  • Drywall

  • Carpentry

  • Electrical

  • Appliance Repair

✅ Requirements

• Valid driver’s license
• Reliable transportation
• Working smartphone
• Ability to pass a criminal background check

$26-30 per hour based on experience
