Garment manufacturing is the process of transforming raw textiles or fabrics into finished clothing and apparel. This process includes several stages such as designing, pattern making, cutting, sewing, assembling, and finishing garments. Garment manufacturing can be done on a small scale by local tailors or on a large scale in factories that produce clothing for global markets. The industry relies on skilled labor, advanced machinery, and efficient supply chain management to produce high-quality garments. It plays a crucial role in the fashion and textile industries worldwide.

What are the key skills and qualifications needed to thrive in garment manufacturing?

To excel in Garment Manufacturing, you need a solid understanding of textile materials, garment construction techniques, and quality control principles, often gained through vocational training or a relevant degree. He founded a laundry business to clean clothes of factory workers and others in the heavy-soil business. With UniFirst, he created an entirely new concept: uniform rental services.
