• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients’ psychological, emotional, and social needs and develop personalized treatment plans that address these aspects.
• Implement evidence-based interventions tailored to each client's therapy goals, utilizing techniques such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), and solution-focused therapy.
• Maintain accurate and confidential clinical records, ensuring compliance with HIPAA and organizational standards.
• Collaborate with a team of psychologists, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure a holistic approach to client well-being.
• Educate and support patients and their families on available resources, coping strategies, and self-care techniques.
• Stay informed of the latest mental health research, regulations, and best practices to ensure top-notch client care and contribute to organizational improvement initiatives.

Our clinic serves a diverse clientele, primarily focusing on individuals experiencing trauma, anxiety, depression, and other mental health challenges. Your role will involve supporting those who are navigating difficult life transitions, providing essential tools for resilience and recovery. You will work with clients of varying ages and backgrounds, tailoring your therapeutic approaches to meet their specific cultural and personal contexts.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required.
• A valid LCSW license in the state of Arizona is mandatory.
• Minimum of 2 years of direct clinical experience in a mental health setting.
• Proficiency in evidence-based therapies, particularly those related to trauma and psychotherapy.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, enabling rapport-building with clients and collaboration with team members.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities to formulate effective treatment plans.

• Experience working within a hospice or end-of-life care setting is a plus, along with familiarity with interdisciplinary team approaches.
• Previous involvement with trauma-informed care practices is preferred.
• Additional certifications in specialized therapeutic techniques are advantageous.

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 80,000 to 100,000 per year, reflecting your expertise and commitment to client care.
