• Deliver high-quality patient care services, working closely with physicians to evaluate and treat orthopedic conditions.
• Conduct thorough assessments, including evaluations of musculoskeletal and neurological disorders, to create tailored treatment plans that promote healing and recovery.
• Document patient progress meticulously to ensure compliance with quality assurance policies and facilitate interdisciplinary communication.
• Facilitate coordination of multidisciplinary treatment efforts by engaging with healthcare professionals from various departments.
• Maintain stringent professional standards and adhere to state regulations and company policies to uphold the integrity of therapy services.
• Utilize effective communication skills to interact with patients and staff, demonstrating sensitivity and understanding, particularly with diverse populations and those facing physical disabilities.
• Resolve conflicts and troubleshoot any issues that arise in the patient care environment, applying effective problem-solving methods.

The primary focus of this role is on patients overcoming orthopedic challenges. You will work with a diverse clientele, including individuals recovering from surgeries, trauma, chronic pain, and developmental disorders, all within a culturally competent framework. Your ability to connect with patients from various backgrounds will be fundamental in delivering holistic care and fostering an encouraging rehabilitation journey.

• Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution is required.
• Current and active California Physical Therapy License is mandatory for practice.
• Minimum of two years of clinical experience in a physical therapy setting, with a focus on orthopedics highly preferred.

• Experience working within a multidisciplinary team to enhance the rehabilitation process.
• CPR certification preferred to ensure the safety and wellbeing of all clients.
