• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify clients' mental health concerns and collaboratively develop tailored treatment plans.
• Provide individualized therapy sessions using a variety of evidence-based therapeutic modalities suited to clients' needs, fostering their personal growth.
• Work closely with clients to establish therapeutic goals, maintaining regular follow-ups to assess progress and adapt treatment as necessary.
• Offer flexible teletherapy options to accommodate clients who may prefer virtual sessions or face challenges accessing in-person care.
• Ensure accurate and timely documentation of all client interactions while adhering to ethical and regulatory standards, reflecting our dedication to professionalism.

Our practice serves a diverse clientele, addressing various mental health issues, including but not limited to anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges. You will work with adults, adolescents, and families, adapting therapeutic approaches to meet the diverse cultural and emotional needs of each client.

• A valid and current state license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
• A Master's degree or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is essential.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, fostering a safe and trusting therapeutic atmosphere for clients.
• Demonstrated empathy, compassion, and a non-judgmental approach toward clients' experiences and backgrounds.
• Strong organizational skills and time management capabilities, essential for managing caseload and administrative duties effectively.

• Experience working in telehealth settings or familiarity with digital therapeutic platforms.
