Job description

Issuing tools, equipment, and PPE
Organize tool crib for efficiency
Scan employee barcodes and crib barcoded items
Ensure items and employees have barcodes (printing barcodes)
Check tool and equipment condition upon return, issue for repair or cleaning
Check expiry dates on relevant items and send out if needed
Confirm location for stock in SAP
Update SAP for incoming and outgoing PMO orders
Provide order requests to Material Coordinators for all non-stock items
Pick/prep PMO orders for trades
Provide serialized reporting to unit leads as requested
Escalate damaged, modified or out of service tools to leadership
Manage Inventory Levels on Barcoded Items
Ensure all items are scanned
Perform regular cycle counts
Initiate orders in PCTC
Make requests for changes to order controls
Update PCTC stock levels with manually signed out items
Receive stock, confirm quantities with packing slip
Load Shelves and keep organized
Manage stock back-order reports
Add new stock with the approval of Dow (NOC required)
Remove stale stock with the approval of Dow
House Keeping
Keep crib counter area organized and clean
Keep indoor walkways and racking area clean
Ensure all returned tools are put away

Report workplace injuries immediately and participate in any return-to-work programs or requirements

This role is not based at a single, fixed location and requires flexibility to work across multiple sites based on business needs.

The position involves frequent travel (approximately 50%) to support operations.

Travel will primarily be within Canada and may include both same-day trips, occasional overnight stays and sometimes extended periods depending on operational requirements. Candidates must be adaptable and able to travel on short notice when required.

All approved travel-related expenses, including transportation, accommodation, and meals, will be covered or reimbursed by the company in accordance with company policy.
