Job description

We are seeking to hire a reliable and dependable General Laborer for a facility in Tyler. Apply with us today and join our team!
Shift: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday 5am- until finished
Pay: $13-$14 per hour
Job Duties:
  • Assist residential equipment operators with recycle and collecting garbage waste on residential routes
  • Empty, clean and operate packer control on collection truck
  • Answer citizens' questions regarding proper contents, packing weight, container type, pick-up times and placement of garbage containers
  • Perform light janitorial duties (sweeping, mopping, etc)
  • Work special events as needed
Requirements:
  • Must be able to stand for 8-10 hours daily
  • Must be available to work in a variety of weather conditions
  • Recycling knowledge is a plus!
  • Must have a valid Texas Class 'C" driver's license with a clear driving record
  • Must be able to pass a nationwide background check and drug screening test
