Work independently installing, troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining customers' garage doors in Hammond, Madisonville, Mandeville, Covington, Abita Springs, Slidell and surrounding areas. The right candidate will be mechanically and technically inclined, have an astute business acumen and possesses the interpersonal skills to thrive in this sales/customer service focused position. Company vehicle and cell phone provided, with an excellent compensation program.

Responsibilities
  • Troubleshoot, repair, and perform periodic maintenance on garage doors and openers
  • Install various types of garage doors and openers
  • Manage the truck, its inventory as well as schedule and client communications
  • Utilize Service Titan software to share estimates, invoice customers, and follow up with opportunities
  • Provide solutions for each application as it pertains to safety, functionality, and performance
  • Deliver superior customer satisfaction every job

Qualifications
  • 2+ years of experience repairing or installing residential garage doors and motors
  • Mechanical aptitude - knowledge and skill in using various hand and power tools
  • Sales and customer service experience is highly preferred
  • Able to move or lift 50-75 plus pounds over your head, bend, climb, reach, kneel, etc. for extended periods.
  • Positive attitude with a desire to learn
  • High School Education
  • Valid driver's license with clean driving record
  • Clean criminal background.
