Gap Leaders are individuals who oversee and manage a specific area, process, or team within a company, ensuring that operational gaps—such as inefficiencies or inconsistencies—are identified and addressed. Their main responsibility is to bridge the gap between current performance and desired outcomes, often by facilitating communication, coordinating improvement initiatives, and implementing best practices. Gap Leaders play a crucial role in continuous improvement and operational excellence, especially in manufacturing, logistics, and large organizations. They may also train and mentor team members to ensure standards are consistently met. The title 'Gap Leader' can vary by industry, but it generally signifies a leadership role focused on process improvement.

Effective collaboration is essential for addressing operational challenges quickly and maintaining productivity.
