As a result, in 2023 TBNR was approved by YouTube as the first Creator-owned MCN (multi channel network). Fire MCN gets an average of 40 million views per day. We at TBNR are a group of skilled CREATORS coming from a variety of backgrounds including content creation, music, theater, coding, architectural design, movie and television set construction, tech and VC startups, professional gaming, video game development, and beyond!

ABOUT THE ROLE

We’re looking for a creative, trend-savvy TikTok & Instagram Social Media Manager to own short-form social content for Preston and Brianna’s personal profiles.

This role owns the full content lifecycle—from spotting trends and developing ideas to filming, editing, posting, and analyzing performance. You’ll create content centered around humor, relatable moments, marriage and couple dynamics, skits, trends, and challenges that feels natural to Preston and Brianna while being built for the way people actually consume and share content on TikTok and Instagram.

The ideal candidate lives and breathes short-form content. You understand what makes people stop scrolling, know how to move quickly when a trend is taking off, and can turn a simple observation, sound, or cultural moment into a concept that feels original and authentic. You’re equally comfortable coming up with the idea, directing talent through a shoot, editing the final video, and using performance data to make the next piece of content even better.

WHAT YOU’LL OWN
  • Own the end-to-end creation of 5–7 short-form videos per week across Preston and Brianna’s TikTok and Instagram profiles.
  • Develop entertaining, highly shareable concepts rooted in humor, relationships, couple dynamics, skits, trends, challenges, and everyday relatable moments.
  • Stay deeply connected to TikTok and Instagram culture, identifying emerging trends, formats, sounds, and memes.
  • Plan and maintain the short-form content calendar, balancing timely trend-driven opportunities with original recurring concepts and evergreen content.
  • Lead filming sessions with Preston and Brianna, providing clear creative direction and creating an efficient, comfortable environment that allows their personalities and chemistry to come through naturally.
  • Edit engaging, platform-native short-form videos with a strong understanding of pacing, hooks, captions, audio, comedic timing, and other elements that drive retention and sharing.
  • Manage publishing across TikTok and Instagram, maintaining a consistent cadence and optimizing posts for each platform.
  • Own TikTok and Instagram analytics, tracking viewership, engagement, follower growth, retention, and overall content performance.
  • Serve as the internal expert on Preston and Brianna’s short-form social presence, bringing forward new ideas and opportunities to keep their content relevant, distinctive, and ahead of the curve.
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
  • 1-3 years of experience creating and managing short-form social content, ideally for creators, talent, entertainment brands, or personality-driven accounts.
  • Demonstrated experience growing and managing TikTok and Instagram accounts, with a portfolio or examples of short-form content you’ve personally ideated, filmed, and edited.
  • Strong short-form video production skills, including shooting with smartphones and/or cameras, lighting, audio, framing, and capturing content efficiently in fast-moving environments.
  • Proficiency with short-form video editing tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut, or similar, with a strong understanding of platform-native editing styles.
  • Proven ability to develop original social concepts and trend-driven content, from identifying an opportunity through scripting or outlining, filming, editing, and publishing.
  • Deep working knowledge of TikTok and Instagram Reels, including platform trends, content formats, sounds, hooks, captions, posting practices, and evolving audience behaviors.
  • Experience working directly with on-camera talent or creators, including leading shoots, giving creative direction, and helping talent translate an idea into a strong on‑camera performance.
  • Experience managing a high-volume content calendar and maintaining a consistent publishing cadence across multiple social profiles.
  • Working knowledge of TikTok and Instagram analytics, with the ability to evaluate views, watch time, retention, engagement, follower growth, and other performance indicators.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple concepts at different stages of development while responding quickly to emerging trends.
