FRANKENMUTH BAVARIAN INN LODGE is an EEO Employer - M/F/Disability/Protected Veteran Status
HOURS: FULL TIME - 37-40 hours per week. 3-5 days per week.
WORKSHIFTS: 7:50am - 12:30am or any combination of shifts and any hours in between. Must be available for morning and evening shifts. Weekdays, weekends, and some holidays.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
Covers the floor of the gamecenter in a manner that will contribute to earning a profit while creating anenjoyable experience for our guests. This position will set an example by assisting guests with their gameplay as well as demonstrating responsibility toward game challenges. High importance will be placed onguest service. This individual will demonstrate outstanding performance, lookprofessional by adhering to our uniform policy, take advantage of leadershipopportunities and continually demonstrate leadership abilities within thedepartment.
In addition to providinggreat customer service to the guest the Game Technician will be responsible
to install, maintain, andrepair both mechanical and circuitry issues within the arcade games. Arcadegame technicians will rely on manuals and wiring diagrams to maintain andproperly diagnose any issues the machines may have.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS: Must be 18 years-old
Must have good communicationskills both verbally and written.
Neat appearance, friendlydisposition.
Good multi-tasking skills andthe ability to work on gaming boards with precision.
Quick and efficient problemsolving skills.
Intermediate computer skills;knowledge of computer systems.
The understanding of microprocessing systems.
An understanding of resetprocedure and the use of trouble shooting and malfunction codes.
Ability to stand, walk at alltimes, and lift moderate weights continually.
Ability to talk to guests topromote Bavarian Inn Lodge Fun Center and affiliated locations.
Ability to communicate withboth internal and external guests in a professional and friendly manner.
Ability to successfully multi-taskand move from one task to another to assist guests and staff members beforetask is completed.
