Job description

The Project Coordinator is responsible for supporting the planning, coordination and execution of company projects

from initiation through completion. This position works closely with project managers, operations, accounting,

customers, vendors and field personnel to ensure project information, schedules, documentation and communication

are accurate, organized and completed timely. The Project Coordinator helps maintain project records, tracks project

requirements and follows up on outstanding items to support successful project execution and exceptional customer

service.

This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, communication skills and the ability to manage

multiple priorities at the same time. The Project Coordinator must be able to work independently, exercise good

judgment, follow established processes and proactively communicate issues that may affect project schedules,

customers or operations.

The Project Coordinator supports the mission and goals of the operations and project management teams by

maintaining accurate project information, facilitating communication, supporting project schedules and documentation,

and helping ensure projects remain organized and on track.
