Job description

Job Title: Senior UX Designer
Location: Redmond, WA | Hybrid
 
Overview
We are looking for a UX Designer to lead the experience vision and design of internal AI-driven tools that transform how our Gaming Operations teams manage insights, workflows, and player support at scale.
You’ll define how AI, automation, and human-centered design intersect to create intuitive, efficient, and empowering internal experiences — helping business leaders more efficiently manage our business. analysts, and support agents work smarter, faster, and with greater clarity.
 
Key Responsibilities
•     Lead UX strategy and execution for AI-powered internal tools that support operations, data insights, and automation workflows.
•     Collaborate with Product Managers, Data Scientists, and Engineering to translate complex operational requirements into elegant, intuitive design systems.
•     Partner with stakeholders across support, moderation, compliance, and analytics to map end-to-end user journeys and optimize pain points.
•     Build and evolve design frameworks that balance efficiency, trust, and user delight for non-customer-facing tools.
•     Conduct or collaborate on usability studies and workflow observations to inform design improvements grounded in real operational needs.
Qualifications
Required:
•     10+ years of UX or Product Design experience, with 3+ years leading complex enterprise or internal platform design initiatives.
•     Strong portfolio demonstrating AI-assisted design, complex system workflows, or data-heavy tools.
•     Expertise in interaction design, information architecture, and design for data-rich environments.
•     Experience working with AI/ML-driven products, copilots, or automation platforms.
•     Proven ability to simplify high-complexity, high-volume operations into intuitive workflows.
•     Exceptional storytelling, facilitation, and cross-functional leadership skills.
•     Proficiency with tools such as Figma, Miro, and rapid prototyping environments.
Preferred:
•     Experience in gaming, live operations, or enterprise-scale internal systems.
•     Familiarity with Microsoft Copilot, Power Platform, or internal AI enablement frameworks.
•     Experience designing for data visualization, insights dashboards, or predictive systems.
•     Strong grasp of ethical AI principles, data privacy, and human-in-the-loop design.
