Assist with troubleshooting, repair, maintenance and monitoring of all electronic gaming devices and equipment. Assist with conversions and moves. Parts running. ย  Essential Functions ย  - Provide amazing guest service. - Maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times. - Assist with repairs, rebuilding of games, and hands on training of all gaming devices and related systems. - Conduct preventive maintenance and cleaning of slot machines and other equipment. - Advise and assist Slot Techs and fellow Trainees. - interact with slot Techs regarding day to day operations of all equipment. - Do runs from casino floor to shop and back for parts as necessary. - Ensure proper slot operation and maintenance on the casino floor. - Responsible for answering radio calls for immediate service and third fill checks. - Required to assist Slot Operations in their daily operations on the casino floor - Other job-related duties as assigned.BRING US YOUR BEST.Must have basic knowledge of gaming devices and related systems. Must have basic knowledge of electronics, computer science, network engineering, or other related technical field.ย  Must have the basic knowledge to make machine changes, updates, and modifications and know the games well enough to prevent any excessive down times.ย  Must be able to read and interpret project plans and paperwork accurately and efficiently.ย  Must remain educated in all aspects of slot repair related equipment. Ability to understand and comply with all departmental and casino regulations, policies and procedures and work effectively with management and guests.
