- Friendly and approachable attitude that helps guests (and the team) feel welcome and cared for every day.
- GED or HS Diploma required.
- Must have successfully dealt at a credible gaming establishment, be certified through a credible dealing school or pass a training program through the Table Games department at Ko-Kwel Casino Resort.
- Must pass an audition with representatives of the Tribal Gaming Commission and the Table Games department. Audition must be dealt using established policies and procedures of Ko-Kwel Casino Resort.
- Comfortable communicating clearly and positively with both guests and teammates.
