Join Our Fantastic Golf Team as a Golf Starter/Ranger! Ready to be a driving force behind unforgettable golf experiences? As a Golf Starter/Ranger, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring our guests leave with a smile and a desire to return for more fun!
You are vital to keeping the game flowing smoothly by monitoring play on the course, maintaining the right pace, and providing assistance whenever our guests need it most. Please note: This position is seasonal, running from April through October, weather permitting. But rest assured, the memories made on the course will last a lifetime!
What does a Golf Starter/Ranger do?
  • Greet guests as they arrive at the first tee, review receipts to ensure that guests have registered at the clubhouse, and obtain signed liability forms.
  • Advise guests of course conditions, pin locations, comfort stations, water coolers, and on-course shelters.
  • Inform guests of course etiquette rules such as repairing divots, raking sand traps, repairing ball marks, and the proper operation of golf carts.
  • Record start times and monitors play on the course to ensure that guests are playing at an acceptable pace.

Work Experience
To be successful as a Golf Starter/Ranger, you'll need:
  • A valid Driver's license is required.
  • Excellent guest service skills.
  • Some knowledge of golf (preferred).
  • Ability to stand/walk for long periods of time and lift up to 41 - 50 pounds
