Publishing Platform Product Manager

KRAFTON Inc.

Full-time

Posted 8 days ago

Job description

Job Summary:
KRAFTON is dedicated to identifying and publishing games worldwide that offer a uniquely enjoyable experience. They are seeking a Publishing Platform Product Manager to strengthen product execution across their global publishing platform, overseeing products from concept through launch and into live operations.
Responsibilities:
• Define the strategy and roadmap for publishing platform products, balancing near-term execution with the longer-term direction.
• Lead products end-to-end — from concept to development to launch to live operations — working closely with engineering, design, business, and operations along the way.
• Partner with global game studios and external partners to ensure our products deliver real value in production environments.
• Define what success looks like, monitor it with data, and continuously improve both the player experience and how efficiently we operate.
• Bring a North American perspective into global decisions, so our products serve players across different markets well.
Qualifications:
Required:
• 5+ years of product management experience in gaming, IT services, commerce, or marketing platforms
• A track record of taking at least one product through a full cycle — from concept to launch to live operations
• Experience leading cross-functional projects across globally distributed teams
• Hands-on use of AI tools as part of your daily work — not occasional experimentation, but tools that have changed how you work and what you deliver
• Professional working proficiency in both Korean and English (you will be collaborating with our HQ in Korea on a daily basis)
• Authorization to work in the United States
• Willingness to travel to Korea when needed
Preferred:
• Experience with game publishing platforms, or B2B2C-style products
• Background at a global gaming or entertainment company, working across multiple countries or regions
• A learner's mindset — willing to dive into a new domain and grow into a domain expert
• Genuine curiosity about the game industry and how global publishing operates
• Experience using data analytics to drive product decisions
• A real appreciation for games, and care for the player experience
Company:
KRAFTON is a collective of studios, each with their own distinct creative identity. Founded in 2007, the company is headquartered in Seongnam, KOR, with a team of 1001-5000 employees. The company is currently Late Stage.
