As a Production Lead, you'll help lead the production of charitable gaming products used by organizations across North America. Your leadership will directly influence safety, quality, productivity and employee success while helping our team deliver exceptional products every day.

What You'll Do

As a Production Lead, you'll serve as the primary support to the Shift Supervisor by coordinating daily production activities, coaching team members, resolving production challenges and ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently and on schedule.

Additional Duties and Responsibilities Include:

  • Assist the Shift Supervisor with coordinating daily production activities and workflow.
  • Provide day-to-day leadership, guidance and support to machine operators and production employees.
  • Troubleshoot equipment and production issues to minimize downtime and maximize efficiency.
  • Operate production equipment as needed to support manufacturing requirements.
  • Train, mentor and coach new employees on machine operation, safety procedures, quality standards and production processes.
  • Promote cross-training and employee development to build a flexible, high-performing workforce.
  • Monitor production schedules, job tickets and work instructions to ensure products are manufactured accurately and on time.
  • Identify quality concerns and assist with implementing corrective actions.
  • Monitor machine efficiency and recommend process improvements to increase productivity and reduce waste.
  • Assist with inventory of production supplies and communicate replenishment needs.
  • Promote a culture of safety by reinforcing company policies, housekeeping standards and safe work practices.
  • Support positive employee relations by communicating operational needs and team concerns to leadership.
  • Assist with attendance, payroll, and departmental documentation when needed.
  • Other duties as required.

What We're Looking For

We're looking for someone who leads by example, motivates others and thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

  • Five (5) to seven (7) years of manufacturing experience preferred.
  • Minimum of three (3) years of leadership, lead or supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.
  • Experience in printing, packaging, converting, label production, maintenance or similar production environments is a plus.
  • Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to troubleshoot equipment and production issues.
  • Proven ability to motivate, coach and develop employees.
  • Excellent organizational, communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities and adapt to changing production demands.
  • Basic computer skills with the ability to learn company software and reporting systems.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
  • Positive leadership style with a focus on teamwork, accountability and continuous improvement.
  • Ability to work well in a diverse environment.
