Description

Hill City Sports Center is seeking dependable, energetic, and team-oriented individuals to join our League Staff team. Staff members play an important role in creating a positive, organized, and professional game-day experience for players, coaches, officials, and spectators.

Positions Include: Scorekeepers, Field Marshals, General League Support

This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who enjoy sports, teamwork, and community engagement in a fast-paced environment.

Essentials Duties and Responsibilities

Scorekeepers

  • Keep accurate game scores, statistics, and game timing

  • Operate scoreboards and scoring systems during league games

  • Communicate effectively with referees, coaches, and league staff

  • Ensure score sheets and game reports are completed accurately

  • Arrive prepared and on time for assigned shifts

  • Assist with maintaining smooth game operations

Field Marshals

  • Monitor league games and facility areas to promote sportsmanship and safety

  • Assist with game flow, scheduling, and sideline management

  • Help enforce facility and league policies

  • Address minor concerns professionally and report issues to management when necessary

  • Support setup and cleanup of courts, fields, and league equipment

  • Provide excellent customer service to players and guests

Qualifications
  • Reliable, punctual, and professional

  • Ability to work well in a team environment

  • Comfortable working evenings and weekends
