Basic Function
As a Games Team Member, you will challenge players to hit a target, land a ball, or make the basket. Show them how to play and reassure them that the giant banana is only one point away.
Specific Responsibilities
• Attract passersby to play your game on the way to their next ride.
• Host your own game station, explain the rules, and demonstrate the game to show how it is done.
• Follow procedures to keep game play fair for everyone.
• Take payment for games and return appropriate change.
• Entertain players and encourage them while they are playing.
• Hand out basketballs, stuffed animals, and other prizes to excited winners.
• Keep your game station stocked with winning merchandise and clean from clutter.
• Reset the location between games and be ready for new players.
Skills, Knowledge and Abilities Required
• Must be 15 years or older.
• Friendly, outgoing personality inviting Guests to your game booth.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
• Must interact well in competitive settings.
• Maintain a positive attitude to make Guests excited to play.
• Must be able to stand, walk, stoop, bend, lift, and reach throughout your shift.
• Excellent verbal communication skills.
• Able to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends and holidays
