  • Actively adopting new technologies and processes - even when the transition is a bit uncomfortable

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or equivalent.
  • Proficiency in C# and/or Java with a commitment to software engineering principles and code quality. OOP expertise is a must and ECS experience is a bonus, as part of our new game is built with this architecture pattern!

  • Experience in Unity or other similar game engine.
  • Experience with A.I. coding, including the use of Claude Code, Cursor, Windsurf and other top tools.
  • Ability to rapidly prototype and polish to high standards.
  • Great communication, organizational, and time management skills.
  • Strong debugging, optimization, and testing skills.
  • Proactive and independently motivated.
  • Time flexibility for fixing urgent issues in production, although we try to avoid this where possible.
  • Positive attitude and passion for creating great mobile games!

Benefits:

  • We don't require native fluency in English, only a level of proficiency sufficient for engineering and game design discussions. We're willing to accommodate for this!
  • Collaborative and creative work environment. We operate closely together and treat everyone with respect.
  • Opportunity for career advancement and skill development. We prioritize staying on the cutting edge of emerging technologies in order to constantly expand our own capabilities.
  • Comprehensive health, dental, vision, and paramedical benefits. This includes massage therapists, physiotherapists, counsellors and more!
  • Regular team meals and outings plus an abundance of in-office snacks, on the house!
  • Extremely fun and engaging work. See your completed features being enjoyed by players within weeks or even days!
