Challenger Sports is looking for reliable, energetic and enthusiastic soccer coaches to fill roles in our Soccer Academy and Tiny Tykes programs.
What is TinyTykes? TinyTykes is a FUNdamental introduction to the game of soccer for players aged 2-6. Players learn the introductory skills of soccer through you teaching them fun games and stories in weekly classes lasting 45 mins each. Our soccer experts and child development professionals have designed an innovative curriculum for you to follow which introduces young soccer stars to the basic skills needed in soccer as well as developing their motor, social, and psychological skills.
Compensation: $20 - $30 per class- pay based on experience level (classes are usually 45-60mins) + bonus schemes available.
Information:
  • Classes run Monday through Sunday lasting 45-60 minutes each session, and run back to back. Coaches will be provided with uniform, equipment, training and a curriculum to follow.
  • TinyTykes offers flexible part-time working hours and the opportunity to work in a rewarding and fun environment. Classes typically take place at preschools and sports complexes.

What is Soccer Academy? Professional year-round coaching.
  • You will mentor and provide support to the organization and coaching staff.
  • Deliver in-house coaches clinics and coach education.
  • Be a positive role model and offer clear and continual feedback to players, parents and coaches.
  • Act as an ambassador of Challenger Sports.

Compensation: Coaches will be paid weekly depending upon the number of hours worked. Your weekly schedule will remain consistent over the course of the season (6-10 weeks).
Requirements:
  • Criminal Background Check or willingness to begin application
  • Must be aware of current first aid procedures
  • It is essential you are personable, with a highly energetic and enthusiastic attitude
  • Playing/coaching experience is preferred
  • You must have valid work authorization
